No, it's not a place in Italy. It's not a hotel. It's not a cheese. It's just what happens when a very human problem suddenly turns into a little bit of joy.
My Story
When I started my first business back in 2004, I was told that most founders don't make it, that the odds were against surviving the first two to five years. I didn't want to believe it. I was convinced I would be different. But I learned the hard way what it means not to know your numbers, and to make the wrong calls during the day, even while my mind insisted I had it all in my head and under control.
Twice, hiring the wrong assistants nearly cost me my business. So I taught myself to track my numbers by hand, in Excel sheets, hours of tedious work. At first I loved it. Then, the longer it went on, the more I hated it. The spreadsheet was never quite right, but it still helped. And every single time, I thought, there has to be a way to automate this. Back then, it simply was not possible yet.
The only real solution was to delegate this tedious work. And guess what, it did take a lot off my plate. But the pressure never really left, does my accountant have everything they need? It weighed on me that I kept having to dig up answers to their questions, again and again.
Then, in 2024 and 2025, AI and automation opened up entirely new, revolutionary possibilities. In spring 2025, I built my first custom GPT for exactly this kind of work. It ran once. Then never again. I knew I had to wait until the AI landscape matured.
In spring 2026, I tried again, this time with the Vendor Agent and Claude Code. We failed again. But then, suddenly, OpenAI upgraded Codex. And there was finally light at the end of the tunnel.

BeleggioBot replaces the first version of Beleggio. There is nothing to install on your computer, and your computer does not need to be switched on. It works in your own Google account.
BeleggioBot recognises your existing Beleggio setup and builds on it. You do not have to move anything, and your existing files stay as they are.
A Google account with Gmail, your own AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok Bot; Light also works with a free plan) and your own AI key, which you set up yourself and which comes to a few cents per month. You need the key in every tier.

Your receipts and your overview stay in your own Google account. We (House of Coaching) do not store your receipts and have no access to them. Gmail is fully supported. Other mailboxes, for example Outlook, Infomaniak or GMX, can be connected in most cases. Some Microsoft or Outlook setups, for example company accounts with strict restrictions, may not fit.
