## What is BeleggioBot?

BeleggioBot collects the receipts from your email, files them neatly in your Google Drive and gives you an overview table with all receipts and your key figures, such as what your recurring expenses add up to each month and how much to set aside for annual bills. It works automatically in the background, in your own Google account.

## How is BeleggioBot different from the first version of Beleggio?

BeleggioBot replaces the first version of Beleggio. There is nothing to install on your computer, and your computer does not need to be switched on. It works in your own Google account.

## I already use Beleggio. What happens to my existing setup?

BeleggioBot recognises your existing Beleggio setup and builds on it. You do not have to move anything, and your existing files stay as they are.

## What do I need?

A Google account with Gmail, your own AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok Bot; Light also works with a free plan) and your own AI key, which you set up yourself and which comes to a few cents per month. You need the key in every tier.

## Which AI assistants work with BeleggioBot?

Currently ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok Bot. Light also works with a free plan; Pro is designed for a paid AI plan.

## Does my data leave my Google account?

Your receipts and your overview stay in your own Google account. We (House of Coaching) do not store your receipts and have no access to them. To read your receipts, their content is processed by an AI service with your own key, which you set up yourself. BeleggioBot never deletes emails or files and never sends emails.

## I use Outlook or another mailbox. Does BeleggioBot work for me?

Gmail is fully supported. Other mailboxes, for example Outlook, Infomaniak or GMX, can be connected in most cases. Some Microsoft or Outlook setups, for example company accounts with strict restrictions, may not fit.

## Can BeleggioBot collect my receipts from earlier this year?

Yes. On day one, BeleggioBot catches up on your receipts since 1 January of the current year.

## What is the difference between Light, Pro and VIP?

All tiers collect your receipts from email, file them neatly, give you an overview table with your key figures and include help for questions and errors. Light is for do-it-yourselfers who set it up on their own. Pro adds a guided setup, a check against your bank statements with a list of missing receipts, a place for receipts you download yourself, a dashboard with a total and a chart, and the email butler (coming soon). VIP adds personal onboarding with Chantal, personal coaching and tailor-made extensions.

## Is there a free version?

No. Light is ideal to get to know BeleggioBot. There is no free trial either.

## Is there anything to pay besides the subscription?

Yes: a one-time setup fee in every tier, and your own AI key, which comes to a few cents per month. Optionally, your own AI subscription.

## How long should I use BeleggioBot?

For a really good result and real benefit from your overview, we recommend at least 12 months. That applies to the overview table with your key figures (in every tier) and to the dashboard (in Pro and VIP). This is a recommendation.

## What happens if I cancel?

Nothing is switched off. You keep your version of BeleggioBot. Without a subscription you no longer receive updates, and we cannot guarantee that it keeps working. If you want to come back after a cancellation or a missed payment, you book again, including the setup fee.

## Does BeleggioBot convert currencies?

No. Every amount stays as it appears on the receipt, and totals are shown per currency. Only the dashboard (Pro and VIP) shows an approximate overall total.

## Does BeleggioBot download receipts from supplier portals?

No. BeleggioBot collects receipts that arrive by email. In Pro and VIP, you can add receipts you download yourself, and BeleggioBot sorts them like the others.

## Does BeleggioBot replace my accountant?

No. BeleggioBot takes over the repetitive collecting and sorting, so your accountant finds everything at a glance. It does not give tax or legal advice.

## How do I get support?

Your own AI assistant can answer common questions and help with errors. You can also write to support@beleggio.com. Your bookings and guides are in your customer area in the SoulMessage portal (BeleggioBot under My Products in your profile).
